The Thread Suite — three production tools, six SDKs on PyPI and npm, live APIs, working dashboards, original architecture research submitted to Anthropic — was built on cloud infrastructure at zero cost from Accra, Ghana. The bottleneck was never the hardware. It was knowing what to build and having the discipline to ship it.
